A Wednesday Winter Morning

Hello, Wednesday.

This morning before I started working, after meditating, I glanced out the window to notice the sun shining on the snow and ice on our driveway in our backyard. It struck me that it looked similar to when the sun is low in the sky over the ocean after sunrise or before sunset. The sun shining on water -- or frozen water -- and the beauty of the reflection.

The best part of my day was that my sister called. A nice surprise. We had a long conversation, got all caught up with each other, and had several laughs.
