Together Again

Hello, Sunday. It's late for me. I'm usually asleep by now or wish that I was.

Spencer came over to watch the Super Bowl and so we watched even though we weren't really planning to and for a Patriots fan, it was the same but different. I'm a Pats fan by default--married to one. That said, for the last few years, we rarely watch any football. But we used to when the boys were young and, in the early and well into the middle years, we all fit reasonably comfortably altogether on one couch. The couch was a bit bigger than our blue sofa is now--longer, wider, but still. So today was a bit of a throwback at times. It's 2021, but in a blink (albeit a slow fuzzy one) it could have been 2001.
